Q #702 - In what way are provisional car licence holders restricted?

It's illegal for you to drive on the motorway before you pass your practical test. After you've passed, it's recommended that you have instruction on motorway driving before you drive there on your own. Ask your instructor about this.

	They can't drive at more than 40 mph
	They can't carry passengers in the rear seats
	They can't drive on the motorway
	They can't drive between 11.30 pm and 7.00 am
